City Harvest is back … and The Grill at CUT is excited to participate in this annual fall initiative from I Love Local Halifax. The event is designed to invite people to re-explore their city, their downtown, and their waterfront by foot, bike, bus, ferry or car. There will be free waterfront parking and entertainment in Grand Parade.
The theme chosen for this year is “Show Us Your Veggies” and so The Grill’s backdoor take-out dish features: vegetarian burger made from local root vegetable, lentil and bulgar along with wilted spinach and oyster mushrooms on a whole wheat bun served with crispy fries. Only $10 all in. You can’t beat that with a carrot stick!
